REGISTRATION POLICY

1. For each accepted submission, at least one author should pay a Regular/Student Registration fee before 01 August, 2026 (Early- bird) accompanied with the paper Submission Number.

2. Student Registration: 
- Student must be the first author of the abstract.
- To qualify for the student rate, a proof of current full-time student status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from university) will be required.

3. Each Regular/Student Registration includes all conference documents, 1 special gift, 1 banquet ticket, and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

- If you have already registered for ICECM/iDICs 2026 and find that you are unable to attend the conference, please mail to icecm-idic2026@hcmute.edu.vn to ask for a refund and cancel your registration for conference as well as pre-conference courses.

- Presenters are not allowed to cancel their registration after September 30, 2026.

- The administration fee (Bank charges for remittance, Cancellation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund.

- Please note that there may be a slight difference in the final refund amount you receive due to the difference in the currency exchange rate.
